Recent changes in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regulations are requiring all students who are on OPT to notify SEVIS of any changes to OPT Employer information.

To help us ensure that your SEVIS record is updated appropriately, use this form to inform us about your OPT Employer. This needs to be done for the duration of your OPT Authorization whenever you change employers.

If you are currently not employed and are actively seeking employment, please let us know as we also need to maintain this information.

As you update your employer information, we also ask that you specify your current address so that we can insure our records are up to date.

Reminder: All employment must be directly related to your major.
