**PLEASE NOTE - THIS FORM IS FOR STUDENTS OF GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL STUDIES ONLY! Drop requests from Undergraduate, GSAS, Heller and IBS students WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Please contact the Office of the University Registrar to drop courses.**
Please complete the fields below, indicating which course(s) you wish to add/drop. Students may withdraw from courses through the ninth class meeting or the ninth DL week with no academic penalty. Please see the Academic Calendar for specific dates.
Students who are eligible to receive a refund based on the refund schedule below must submit a request using the Refund Request form available in SAGE from their Student Center homepage.
